I'm Yami again. With 'NEM taxi and the air way bill to the International Cargo Terminal. Where can I get more papers. With which I have to inch in the national freight terminal that can explain to me none. After half Hour I have more papers. Back to the International Terminal (1 km). There is Yami. A few more stamps and signatures, and I may go with it wherever I want, almost. The only way out for us by the people over the entrance stairs (1 m)! Barely outside it's raining buckets again. The drive through Bogota is a dream for masochists. Everywhere is built. This is sorely needed. Nevertheless, I am always surprised by ugly holes in the road. In the city the same bus as before chaos in the larger cities. Exhaust filters do not know. The dirt is filtered by humans and animals.

Now I drive the route Las Lajas - Panama City itself, and from there to the new airport. First, I give Yami from the freight company in the cargo terminal. This is surprisingly simple. I can leave everything to the bike, just wondering if my tank was empty. No one checks this by taxi, by a place which is actually only be described as a slum, to the passenger terminal. This is new and provides a maximum contrast to the surroundings of the airport.

Rueckfahrt nach Las Lajas, Waschtag; der ist dringend noetig. Im Internet finde ich eine Flugverbindung fuer Yami und mich: Am Freitag, den 13.
Alternativ waere die Reise mit einem Boot moeglich. Das kostet 2/3 der Flugkosten, dauert irgendwas zwischen 3 und 6 Tagen, in Cartena werden die Mopeds standardmaessig 2 Tage 'beschlagnahmt' bis die Zoellner their paperwork have been resolved and the salt-water-related Korrossionsrisiko is high. Due to the advertising of Kalle and Alex and I drive to the Honduran border small bungalow resort 'Paradise Hotel'. Baerbel & Chris welcomed me very friendly, I get a very nice, clean 'hut' at very good price. For a long time, I enjoy really hot shower, a rarity in Central America.
