I want to Guadalajara, the other two on the west coast along to the south. The 300 km from Tepic we travel together. We agree: It's good to be back on the box. Heading obviously overloaded, but underpowered trucks chug along at a walking pace up inclines confusing. Km long, with no overtaking opportunities. I'm seriously worried about the clutch. It would not have surprised me if we would have overhauled Sepp on the bike right. Where it went some way have I done that also. Yami's ass was usually too wide for such a maneuver, so again a slipping clutch as mitzuckeln in line. Nevertheless, the ride, compared with the Wuestenstrecke in Baja California, because of the lush greenery everywhere and the impressive mountain landscapes bottom line a pleasure. Eventually it was time to take leave in Tepic. The 200 km route to Guadalajara was as entertaining as the property search in the evening rush of the metropolis annoying.

The departure of Alicia, Vicente and her family is very warm. I find it hard to part with these dear people.
the ferry port of La Paz and at 20:00 h should take the ferry to Mazatlan to there in the morning at arrive 8:00. I meet Lutz from Swabia and his BMW. He will-what a coincidence-to Ushuaia. No idea what he wants there. Then appeared on an African Twin from New Zealand. Marc is on the way to Ushuaia. He and Lutz is already on a couple of times encountered. Sepp then appear in Graz on the pier, mi'm Road, It has it in Anchorage, Alaska purchased. His luggage: water bottle, spare tube, bike tools, wallet. His daily average: 200 km. The bike is repaired. An original part, I did not get. A workshop has given me a clip with matching handlebar diameter, but the wrong hole distance fuer die Schrauben geschenkt. Nach einer Stunde Feilerei war Yami wieder fahrbereit. Eine Reparatur 'mexican style', haelt vermutlich 'ewig'.
Vicente hat mich durch ganz La Paz gegurkt, bis wir alles zusammen hatten. Waehrend der Reparatur haben wir ueber den Unterschied zwischen mexikanischem und deutschem Anspruch an Perfektion philosophiert. Wir sind uns einig: Man soll nichts uebertreiben, dann lebt es sich leichter. Aber was ist der Massstab?

Eigentlich wollte ich heute mit der Faehre zum Festland fahren. Weil man mir aber die Befestigungsschelle meiner Handbremse geklaut hat, muss ich noch bis Dienstagabend hier bleiben. Ich hoffe, dass morgen hier ein passendes Teil aufzutreiben ist.

Until they are there, I repaired, and everything here have seen what I consider worth seeing, I will stay with Alicia, Vicente and their families.
