Cordoba , Mexico, the pyramids of Teotihuacan
I've done early in the morning. Still, it was around 10 clock very hot on the rocks.
The great
sun
pyramid is 70 m high
and means
250 steps
to climb.
A step height
cm of about 30.
Of the
hardships of the last day I was
rather bluntly, every step an agony
with ergonomic aspects were the Aztecs Ollen any event nothing in mind.
The 'small' moon pyramid.
Nevertheless
actually a
remarkable performance.
Because of
yesterday
experience
wanted to
but
real enthusiasm-
deterioration
not adjust with me
.
Perhaps
later.
The model in the museum.
Die Fahrt von M.C. ueber Puebla (auch eine Grossstadt, aber mit wohltuend zivilisiertem Verkehr) nach Cordoba war gepraegt von vielen topesverseuchten Ortsdurchfahrten.
@ Hi Vera, all the best for your birthday.

Teotihuacan, Mexico 2,300 m ue N.
The 200 km on the outskirts of Mexico City had done ratzfatz. But then it was thick. Actually these are from here to the Aztec pyramids measly 70-100 km, if you know where to, where exit. I did not know the street signs were (hours later) in the opposite direction ONCE exit. Maybe several times, but most signs on the bridges had been turned into billboards. I did not have a detailed map that would have given it only in the center and I did not even partout. Why? Mexico City is a juggernaut with a metropolitan area of \u200b\u200babout 500 km in diameter. Who, for example, the traffic of Los Angeles or Boston knows, knows what that means. Add to this the Mexico component: Public passenger transport is dealt with 'colectivos' (taxis). All of Mexico is a request stop. Where only one hat is the drivers are, at once, without any declaration of intent. If space is right, he shoots diagonally across all lanes to the right-most free track. If not, Does he stop there where he is. Door, passengers in or out of watching-without-. Keep going. Because about half of all vehicles from these very colectivos there, and are all so, so, therefore, hinder each other, are evasive maneuver of the most brutal sort the local normality. Traffic lights, blinking, considerate: Bullshit. The survival recipe is here: I'm going as I just think that should watch out behind me. Any Feindberuehrungen discussed a traffic light long period, then continues to jostle. As I said, the whole thing is so off the autobahnaehnlichen bypass. Results: There is actually nothing. The Verfranzerei were from, say 100 km 200th For this I was seven hours continuously im Sattel, unter hoechster Konzentration. Versteht Ihr jetzt warum ich nicht in die City wollte, und auch ganz sicher nicht mehr nach M.C. fahren werde?
@Bettina: Ich habe aufgepasst (Vielen Dank fuer Deinen lieben Wunsch).
Ratet mal, was I did! You know now what 'Mordilla' is? The federal police to restrain himself from the rest, they say.
All in all: a day to check off.

Guanajuato, Mexico. 2,000 m above sea-level
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guanajuato_ (city)
I have finally reached this picturesque city. For the 200 km I have used 3.5 hours. Every few km a town with Topes-I hate these dirty things, irgendwelchen Festen (es ist Sonntag) und Sonntagsfahrern; zum Auswachsen. Mein erster Eindruck von Guanajuto: Ruedesheim, Drosselgasse.
Aber dann
fesselt mich
das Stadtbild
doch. Die
vielen
unter-
irdischen
Strassen, in
alten
Silberminen
